Chad Aleo
Co-Founder
Chad Aleo founded High Ticket Sales Academy after realizing he had stumbled upon the “Holy Grail” of sales jobs.
After spending summers doing door-to-door book sales to pay his way through college—where he made over $50,000 in personal revenue in his final summer—Chad was quickly recruited into insurance sales.
However, after discovering that working in a corporate structure and cold-calling businesses all day wasn’t for him, Chad came across the field of High Ticket Sales in 2017 and hasn’t looked back since.

Christian Cherniawski
Co-Founder
Christian Cherniawski originally dreamed of becoming a stockbroker in New York City and moved there after college. Unfortunately, his first few years in NYC coincided with the Great Recession of 2008-2009, and he knew he had to find another way to grow his career.
Sales became that path forward. Christian cut his teeth in door-to-door telecommunications sales and, over the course of 10 years built Solcomm, one of the top 5 AT&T dealers in the nation. He honed his training skills and developed hundreds of door-to-door sales reps in one of the toughest industries imaginable.
After a successful exit from that company in 2019, he asked himself, “What’s next?”
Enter high-ticket sales. Leveraging his past sales training experience, Christian quickly excelled in this new field. Over the course of three years, he set multiple sales records at his company.
With High Ticket Sales Academy, Christian blends his business acumen with a passion for training sales reps. You’ll often see him in our training videos and coaching calls—when he’s not out running marathons or spending quality time with his wife and four kids.
Our Story
How it all started
Chad • 2011-2014
Chad Aleo started his selling career as a Door to Door Sales Rep selling k-12 educational books.
In just a short 12 week summer internship, he made over $50k+ in commissions paying his entire college tuition in a single summer. He was named the Man of The Year, #1 Rep in the State of Michigan, and top 15 out of 2200 sales professionals worldwide.
Christian • 2011-2019
Christian began his career in door-to-door sales, selling AT&T entertainment and broadband services. He founded Solcomm in 2011 and became a direct AT&T dealer.
By 2016, Christian had grown Solcomm into one of the top 10 dealers nationwide for AT&T and DirecTV. He managed 8 locations across 5 states and recruited and trained hundreds of sales reps. In 2019, Christian successfully sold the business to a competitor.
Chad • 2014-2017
After selling children’s books door to door, Chad built an insurance agency from scratch with over 23 active agents.
During his time in sales, he earned the “Master in Sales” custom green blazer award and was the #1 overall insurance sales agent out of more than 3,000 agents during the Presidential Performance Week. Although he excelled in the industry and made great money, he quickly realized that working 70-hour weeks and traveling 2-3 times per month was not sustainable if he wanted a family and relationships outside of work.
Christian • 2021-2024
Christian started a high-ticket sales role and quickly became one of the top sales representatives in the company by using his own training techniques.
In his two full years in high-ticket sales, he closed over $1.8M in revenue each year, and in 2023, he brought in the most revenue per sales call. He still holds the record for the highest sales month in company history, with over $325K sold.
Chad • 2019-2023
Although his friends thought he was crazy, Chad decided to leave the insurance industry and transition into his first remote high-ticket sales opportunity before the industry even had a clear-cut name.
It was a gamble, to say the least, as he transitioned into a sales industry he knew nothing about. He started as the 8th employee at an up-and-coming high-ticket offer and, through his contributions, helped build the company to the INC 5000 fastest-growing private companies list for four consecutive years. During his time there, he achieved four $2M+ sales years, seven $1M+ sales years, and was the #1 sales rep in total revenue each year. He still holds the record for the most revenue generated by a single sales rep.
2024
High Ticket Sales Academy is born. Chad and Christian co-founded High Ticket Sales Academy with one objective: to help sales reps like themselves break into a sales role that provides true freedom to earn the income they desire, while also having control over their time and lifestyle.
